We are pleased to announce that our office will be reopening on Monday, March 11 with new protocols in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff members. As we make the necessary adjustments to the way our practice conducts patient office visits, we ask for your support as we transition to our “new normal”, where the quality of care will continue under a safer, more efficient environment to meet your medical needs.
If you have an upcoming appointment, please review the following in preparation for your visit;
BEFORE YOUR VISIT:
INTAKE FORMS – new patients must submit all paperwork prior to their appointment. When your appointment is scheduled, an email is sent to you to complete online
LIMITED APPOINTMENTS – we are adjusting the schedule to limit the number of patients in our office at one time
DURING YOUR VISIT:
MASKS – masks will be required for your appointment
GUESTS – family and friends will not be permitted in the lobby or exam rooms (*unless necessary for the visit)
CLEANING – our staff will continue to clean and sanitize our lobby and exam rooms throughout the day
If you are not comfortable coming to the office and would prefer a telemedicine consult, please contact our office and we can set this up for you.
Thank you for your continued patience and should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
