Case-914

Before
After
UPPER & LOWER EYELID Blepharoplasty
Description:
This patient presented with lower eyelid fat bags as well as hollowness in the tear trough. She underwent a very unique and technically challenging procedure where the fat in the lower eyelid was transposed across the tear trough region to leave her with a smooth transition between her eyelid and cheek. A traditional lower eyelid blepharoplasty would have left her hollow and older appearing. The residual upper eyelid skin is due to the brow hanging over the bone and can be improved with filler in the brow fat pad or a brow lifting surgery.
Anesthesia:
IV Sedation
