Left Lower Eyelid Mohs Reconstruction
This patient underwent Mohs surgery to remove a squamous cell carcinoma from his left lower eyelid. This left a lid defect involving 55% of the lower lid. Reconstruction involved a rotational flap from beyond the lateral aspect of the outer corner. Sutures were in place for 2 weeks. The eyelid function and appearance were completely restored.
