Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty
This patient underwent a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to address excess eyelid skin, along with a lower lid skin pinch and laser resurfacing to improve mild texture and fine lines under the eyes. A skin pinch technique was chosen instead of a full lower blepharoplasty, as she had minimal skin laxity without significant fat prolapse. This allowed for a more targeted, less invasive approach with a smooth, natural outcome.
