This patient was bothered by fullness in her upper eyelids (medial fat pads), ptosis and lower eyelid bags with skin laxity. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty with ptosis repair to restore a more natural eyelid position. The combined procedures brightened her eyes and gave her a refreshed, youthful appearance.
