Lower Blepharoplasty
This patient was concerned about persistent lower eyelid swelling. She had previously undergone under-eye filler, which Dr. Connor gradually dissolved using Hylenex. Once her lower eyelids returned to their natural state, he performed a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty using an anterior approach—making the incision just below the lash line to allow precise removal and repositioning of tissue. The result is a smoother, more rested appearance.
